Now that summer is here and school is out, it’s the perfect time to freshen the air in our lives and create a clean and vibrant energy in our surroundings. In this blog post, we’ll explore three high-vibe practices that will help you achieve just that. So let’s dive in!
1. Clean Your Space, Raise Your Energy:
Our physical environment can have a direct impact on how we feel. When we declutter and clean our space, we create room for positive energy to flow freely. Start by taking a look around your surroundings and identify areas that need attention.
If you’re a yoga enthusiast, you might have a yoga mat that could benefit from a little TLC. Try this simple and effective tea-tree yoga mat cleaning spray recipe: In a small spritz bottle, combine 5 drops of tea-tree essential oil with 50ml of witch hazel. Fill the rest of the bottle with water. Give your yoga mat a spritz blend and let it air dry. Not only will your mat be clean and fresh, but the aroma of tea-tree oil will also help clear any stagnant energy.
While you’re at it, what other items that could benefit from a spritz? Resistance bands, gym equipment, or even your favorite workout shoes can be given a quick refresh with the same spray. Cleanliness is important not only for good old hygiene, but also for creating a positive high vibe space.

2. Clean That Closet, Release the Past:
Now, let’s shift our focus from cleaning the physical to cleaning the energetic. Our belongings hold energy, and that includes the items in our closets and drawers! Take a moment to think about the things you’ve been holding onto that no longer serve you.
Maybe you can donate that suit from a job you’ve outgrown or toss those movie tickets from a date that didn’t go as planned – they carry memories and energies that might be holding you back. Embrace the concept of letting go and create space for new opportunities and experiences to come into your life.
Start by going through your closet and assessing each item. Thank it for the role it played in your life and the experiences it brought you. Then, with love and gratitude, decide if it’s time to donate or let go of those items. By releasing the past, you create room for new energy to flow in and align with your current aspirations and goals.

3. Clear the Air, Raise the Vibes:
Fresh air does wonders for our well-being, and one way to bring that freshness indoors is through the power of aromatherapy. If you have access to fresh local lavender or sage
sticks, go ahead and use them to cleanse the air. Lavender is known for its calming and soothing properties, while sage is often used for purification and clearing negative energies.
If these options are not readily available to you, don’t worry! Essential oils can be a great alternative. Create your own essential oil blend by combining 5 drops of lavender essential oil with 5 drops of peppermint or lemon essential oil. You can add this blend to a diffuser or burner to spread a refreshing and uplifting aroma throughout your space. Breathe in the revitalizing scents and feel the positive energy fill the air.
Remember, clearing the air and creating a fresh and vibrant energy in your surroundings is a continuous process. Embrace these practices regularly to maintain a positive and uplifting atmosphere. So, as summer unfolds and the school break begins, take the opportunity to freshen the air in your life and let the energy of new beginnings fill your space.
